Changes to the WAGS AGM

This year only four members and the WAGS committee attended the AGM, which was a shame, but understandable given the weather that evening.

We want to see more of you at future AGMs so we are making some changes for the 2013 AGM in the hope that we will see more of you there.

The 2013 AGM will be held on Friday 12 April in the hope that the weather will be better in April than it usually is in February.

We are also moving the time from 8pm to 7.30pm so we can start eating the tasty buffet earlier.

On the subject of the buffet, to ensure that we minimise any wastage from 2013 we will be asking members to indicate the week before the AGM if they want food at the AGM.  I would encourage you to partake of the buffet which is excellent value for money offering numerous different cheeses, bread, crisps, crudités, dips, olives and pickles, as well as dessert and wine / juice.  Don’t forget, you can still attend the AGM at the last minute and not have food, unless some kind member wants to share theirs with you.
